How to Connect
Go to Integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your dashboard.
Select Service
Find the tool you want to connect and click the Connect button.
Authorize Access
Grant Akkio the necessary permissions to perform actions on your behalf.
Ready for Automation
Once connected, your agents can immediately use that service's actions.
Your Data, Your Control
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Akkio only requests the minimum necessary scopes to perform agent actions. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time.

Connection failed
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Ensure you have the necessary administrative permissions in the target service (e.g., admin access to a Slack workspace) for OAuth to succeed.
Token expired
Akkio automatically refreshes tokens in the background. If you see a persistent token error, navigate to Settings and click 'Reconnect' on the affected service to re-authenticate.
Missing permissions
Some actions require specific environment-side scopes. For example, posting to private Slack channels requires the authorized user to be a member of that specific channel.
